Periphery in Motion

My visual record of aphantasia

What lives at the edge of sight can carry as much weight as what is directly in front of us.

Periphery in Motion is an ongoing visual journal shaped by total aphantasia: the inability to form mental images or recreate sensory experiences in the mind.

I cannot picture a moment after it passes or return to a scene internally. Photography gives me an external record I can revisit.

These photographs preserve passing moments, ordinary details, unexpected arrangements, movement, light, and fragments of daily life that might otherwise disappear completely.

This is not a curated portfolio or a complete account of each day. It is a personal archive of what caught my attention while I was there.

This space is built for me.

If you dive in, I hope you enjoy your journey.
